SAG Conference 2007

This years SAG conference will be held at Maples Collegiate on October 23, 2009. This year the conference will be joint with VTAM. Below is the program for the day.

8:00 - 8:30

• Coffee/Pick up conference packages
• Continental Breakfast

8:30 - 9:00

• Welcome to the conference
• AGM
• Election of Officers
• Changes to Constitution
• Changes to Bylaws

9:00 - 10:20

• Session # AM 1
• Suppliers open till 3:00
• 10:20 -10:40
• Break

10:40 - 12:00

• Session # AM 2
• Suppliers open till 3:00

12:00 - 1:30

• Lunch

1:30 - 2:45

• Session # PM 1

2:45 - 3:15

• Supplier Time
• Suppliers open till 3:00

3:15 - 3:30
Draws for prizes as donated by the suppliers, must be in attendance to win.

NOTE:

• There will be NO registration at the door.
  
  
• All registrations should be done through the website. A fee of $5 will be applied to fees not paid through PayPal
  
  
• Registration will open in the second week of September 2009.
  
  
• All registrations should be received by October 9, 2009 otherwise a $25 late fee will be applied.
